Stef Bailey ” Thinking about the theoretical documentation, too, ie. the space for writers to contribute theoretical texts related to ideas/practices across-projects maybe…as well as using this as a platform to maintain cross-project, cross-disciplinary practice, so we can play with methods of circulation, presentation etc..ie. pdf zines, the glossary extension maybe, a website platform for the whole Lab group, so we maintain a sense of each other as a whole, not as separate parts…?thoughts?”

Baiba Jake ” Your ideas sound really good. Can’t wait to chat about all of this. Some time ago I came up this text by Virginia Wolf ‘A Room of One’s Own’, I haven’t had the chance to read the whole thing, but it seems to be useful when talking about literature and space. I would be amazing to play around with various platforms of media. Also, as I was thinking about archive/documentation in general, I started to think about the masses of materials that are now put into archives and what happens to them afterwards?! Also, how to archive, etc. I think it would be great if we could manage to find a platform that would allow us to have one big platform for the whole group and then divided into smaller sections so that everyone from Lab could follow each of the groups and maybe get inspired by each other. It sounds a bit ideological and maybe even challenging as far it really seems being rather difficult in communicating and documenting things.”

      Idea for Documentation/Archive project:
Quote from “Common as Air”: “The commons is not so much the land in question as the land plus the social relations and traditional institution that organise its use”
      -Project of projects
-Rethinking documentation in the creative way (subverting, criticising, poeticising, producing fictional narrative, etc.)
-Documentation as a unity of other projects
      -Playing with formats
      – “Embedding” practice
      -Weebly (platform for archive)

      Example:
      Museum Show Part 2

    Hi!
    Thought this could be useful:

Most of the people talked about are in some way connected to Goldsmith’s University, that I found very interesting 🙂
